A lot of tools treat X as a place to broadcast. I fall into that habit too: write the post, check the numbers, repeat. Meanwhile a good reply from someone I know can slip past me because the timeline moves faster than my attention.

Circle is a small way to push back on that. When you open it and refresh, X11 looks at recent activity around your own posts and mentions. It brings forward people who have replied, quoted, mentioned, or reposted you, with extra weight for back-and-forth contact. You can keep a short focus list of people you want to pay attention to.

The point is not to manufacture a “relationship score” or automate polite replies. It is a reminder that there is a person on the other end of the notification. The useful action is simple: open the context on X, read what they actually said, and answer if you have something to add. Sometimes the right move is just to notice them and move on.

This view is intentionally narrower than an inbox. It works from recent posts and mentions; it does not read your DMs, likes, or follower graph. A refresh gives you a current snapshot, not a complete history of everyone you know. That limit helps keep the feature understandable.

I took the nudge from seeing X Circle by CutNoodle: what if I made it easier to concentrate on the people already in my orbit? X11’s version lives beside the writing tools so the reminder appears where I am already working.

I hope it changes one small habit. After approving a post, spend a minute with the people who replied yesterday. A thoughtful answer usually does more for a real connection than another scheduled update.
